This HP 8116A Service Manual applies directly to the serial number of the instrument 3134G 11521. If your instrument has a higher serial number, see Appendix C that contains manual changes for subsequent instruments and corrections to the manual. Be sure to examine this supplement to see the changes that apply to your instrument and record these changes in the manual. If your instrument has a lower serial number, refer to Appendix B which contains manual changes to previous instruments. The new editions are complete revisions of the manual. Packages update, which emits between editions, contain additional pages and replacement to be merged in the manual by the customer. The date on the cover and the back cover of the manual only changes when a new edition is published. When it is reprinted Edition, incorporates all updates prior to the Edition. No information is incorporated into a new edition unless it appears on a previous update. This product has been designed and tested in accordance with international safety requirements.
